Can I make my payments online?

Yes, please click here to access Western Union Quick Collect to make an online payment.

What payment methods does Friendly accept?

In addition to accepting payments online via Western Union Quick Collect, Friendly accepts checks, Western Union Phone Pay, MoneyGram, Mastercard and Visa Credit/Debit Cards.

What should I do if my car is damaged in an accident?

If your car sustains physical damage in an accident, you should contact your insurance agent and also notify our Insurance Department so that we can assist you.

How do I notify Friendly of a Change in Physical Damage Insurance?

If you change your physical damage insurance company, you should notify Friendly by contacting our office. It is important to notify us with this updated information when the change is made and not wait until a problem arises.

What should I do if I know I can't make my scheduled payment?

Please take the initiative and contact the Friendly office. Often times arrangements can be made to relieve your financial pressure if you make the effort to call.

Who should I contact if I lose my coupon book?

A lost coupon book may result in increased interest payments and/or late fees. It is important that you contact Friendly immediately if you lose your coupon book.
